What is Junction City Smoke & Barrel?

Let us introduce ourselves

Junction City Smoke & Barrel is a prohibition style catering operation located in the Reedsville/Kingwood area of West Virginia. Formed by a digital nerd with a passion for culinary arts– Ty Crawford, owner and self-taught chef, inherited his culinary talents from his family, who have for generations grown up in the kitchen.

Ty attended college to study multimedia design, but after earning his degree and spending more than 15 years in front of a computer, he realized he had to follow what he was naturally passionate about.

Cooking is therapeutic to me. When I cook for my family and friends, I find joy in knowing this is how I can best show my love for them.
